MVN has decided to stop supporting college sports since Turtle Soup was the only property that had any traffic. I sincerely apologize for the total lack of site design, but I literally had to throw this up at the last minute. Gregg and I will still be writing for the site.

Hi all-
Evan Brunell, President of MVN here. I just wanted to take a moment to let you all know how appreciative I am of Jeremy and Gregg’s contributions to MVN over the years with the Terps.
Jeremy remains one of my most prized recruitments I have ever done, and it pains me to see him move to a platform that does not include MVN. (Gregg, don’t feel slighted, I didn’t recruit you!)
However, the regretful decision was made that MVN was woefully inadequate in providing comprehensive college coverage sans those provided by our college staff wrtiers at mvn.com/outsider/ncaa, so we felt it best to let those that have succeeded despite adversity at MVN to move on. Which is why you see Jeremy and Gregg here.
I hope that one day soon they can make a triumphant return to MVN but for the time being, I hope you enjoy their new home. If anyone can lend any experience towards building a college section on MVN, I urge you to contact me at evan AT mvn.com and again, thank you to Jeremy and Gregg for being the most successful college blog MVN has had.
A new site for the start of a new season. Not to be overly superstitious, but could this signify the start of some changes in the Terps sports world taking us away from some of the disappointment of the last few seasons?
Jeremy and Gregg, I’ve already changed my bookmark, and am ready to check this site almost obsessively for thoughts on today’s game.
Perhaps we have some graphic artists in our midst and you can have a contest for a new turtle soup logo? The prize – the satisfaction of a job well done.
